ITINERARY

Morning

Escape the city and see some of the best jewels of Southern England in one day! Start your journey to the first destination, Windsor. Enjoy a walking tour through the quaint cobble-stoned streets, finishing right next to the castle. See the Victoria’s train replica and enjoy free time for lunch and shopping.

Afternoon

Depart towards the Georgian city of Bath, travelling through the rolling hills of Wiltshire and Somerset. Prepare your camera for the beautiful views of Bath and its honey-stoned landscapes. Upon arrival, enjoy views of Pulteney Bridge on the River Avon and Bath Abbey.
Join your guide for a walking tour who will introduce you to the rich history of the Georgian city including its beginnings, its famous architects and the many banquets and events at the Assembly rooms. You will then finish the tour in the city centre and proceed to enter the Roman Baths (admission charge). After the visit one of the best preserves Roman baths in the world, you will have free time to enjoy.

Early evening

You will then have a drive of approximately 45 minutes to Stonehenge. You will enter the prehistoric site (admission included). The new Exhibition centre is available to be visited after the stones. Excellent souvenir shopping is also available at the attraction.
Then start the journey back to London. The drop-off point will be Hammersmith Station at approximately 8pm.
Lunch available at all places (not included).

Note: On some occasions, we may visit Stonehenge after Windsor and then Bath. If you would like to confirm the itinerary, please contact our office to give you more up-to-date information.

Roman Baths Entrance - £21.50

Visit one of the best-preserved Roman site in the world and one of the most popular attractions in the UK – receiving more than 1 million visitors every year. The baths were built as a religious spa. Thermal spring water bubbles up in the site, fillings the Baths with hot water.

    Leeds Castle Canterbury and Dover

    The area of England this tour journeys through is called Kent and its known to be very fertile and famous for growing fruit and hops - these are the main ingredients for beer and cider! We visit Canterbury and learn about the Martyr Thomas Beckett who was slain by the King of England a long time ago in the mighty Cathedral. Then we venture to a beautiful castle which was used several times by Kings Henry VIII. After exploring Leeds Castle we then drop down to the coast for a photo stop at the White Cliffs of Dover to complete this great day out.
